Our Plancha is better than a Griddle. It is used to cook foods using intense heat, allowing for a greater sear on your meats and veggies.

Our Plancha was designed at the request of our customers who bought our Chapa's. They wanted a Chapa without legs. 

So we removed the legs, changed the handles' direction, and created the Plancha.
