Choose Your Construction
3/16" Black Steel with Stainless Steel Grilling Surface
Rugged and traditional, black steel provides excellent heat retention and the classic appearance of a live-fire grill, while the stainless steel grilling surface provides durability and easier maintenance where food is cooked.
All Stainless Steel Construction
Durable, corrosion-resistant, and lower maintenance. All stainless steel construction is especially well suited for coastal or high-humidity environments, or for customers who prefer the appearance and maintenance advantages of stainless steel.

How the Side Brasero Works
The side brasero provides a convenient way to maintain a continuous supply of hot cooking embers without building the primary wood fire directly beneath your food.
Load hardwood into the brasero and allow it to burn down. As glowing embers are produced, move them from the brasero and distribute them beneath the cooking grate.
Add more wood to the brasero throughout the cook to maintain your supply of fresh embers. This gives you greater control over the amount and placement of heat beneath the cooking surface.
Prefer charcoal? Model #4767 can also be used with charcoal placed directly beneath the cooking grate.
Adjustable-Height Argentine Grilling
Traditional Argentine grilling is about controlling the relationship between the food, the fire, and the cooking grate.
The large side hand wheel allows you to raise or lower the entire cooking surface as conditions change. Lower the grate closer to the hot embers when you want more intense heat for searing, or raise it away from the fire for gentler cooking.
Combined with the side brasero, this gives you two ways to manage your heat: control the amount of embers beneath the food and adjust the height of the cooking grate above them.
