The Argentine Architectural Grill with Rear Brasero is designed for open-front masonry fireboxes and built for traditional wood or charcoal live-fire cooking. Featuring a 3-sided flange for clean installation, an adjustable-height grate, and a rear brasero firebox for building embers, this grill delivers true Argentine performance with refined architectural style.

  • Rear Brasero (Ember Maker): Burn wood in the brasero and rake hot embers under the grate for authentic Argentine cooking control and flavor.
  • Slanted V-grate comes standard: Drains grease into the drip pan, reducing flare-ups and producing cleaner, safer, richer wood-fired grilling. 
    Optional Round Rod Grate: When ordering, request a round rod grate. 
  • Side Wheel Lift System: Smooth-turning wheel raises and lowers the grate to fine-tune heat for searing, slow cooking, or flare-up control.
