Rear Brasero:

Open Front Firebox (Standard):
Easily manage your embers and heat with the open design. Upgrade options include a drop-down front door or a closed front firebox for a more streamlined built-in look.

Independent Adjustable Grates:
Each grate is controlled by its own side-mounted wheel, giving you effortless height adjustment and precision control. Grill surfaces can be raised above or lowered into the firebox independently.

Argentine V-Grate with Drip Pan (Standard):
The traditional sloped V-grate design channels grease away from the flame, reducing flare-ups while enhancing flavor.
Optional grate styles include Round Rod Grates or Expanded Metal Grates, all built with stainless steel grilling surfaces.

Solid Welded Firebox:
Expertly welded for strength and longevity. A firebox with an open front comes standard, or choose a closed-front firebox. Optional: Upgrade to a drop-down door.
