At the heart of the Armado is the Brasero, a side-mounted firebox that functions like a wood-fueled chimney starter. Instead of charcoal, you burn wood in the Brasero to generate glowing embers, which you then slide beneath the cooking surface. This method gives you greater heat control and infuses your food with that signature wood-fired flavor.
