The Extreme Duty Santa Maria Grill is a heavy-duty, wood burning BBQ grill kit designed for installation on a masonry firebox. Built for open fire cooking using wood or charcoal, this Santa Maria style grill features an adjustable height grate for precise heat control and authentic live-fire flavor.

Designed to withstand the elements, this extreme duty grill is engineered for long-term outdoor use without requiring a cover. With minimal upkeep, it can last 15+ years exposed to the weather, making it ideal for ranch homes, parks, outdoor kitchens, and serious BBQ enthusiasts who demand durability and performance.

Heavy-Duty Performance & Design

In its 64" x 48" configuration, this grill provides a generous 43" x 30" cooking surface. It is designed to sit on a customer-built base using standard 8" x 8" x 16" split face cement blocks, dry stacked on a level surface—no mortar required.

Available in Black Steel or Stainless Steel.

• 1/2" stainless steel round rod grate with independently rotating rods to reduce warping

• 1" solid steel grill hoist with heavy-duty flange roller bearings
• 30" wheel with adjustable stop for controlled height adjustment

Black Steel Finish

For black steel models, all components (excluding grate rods and cable) are coated with flat black 1200°F high-heat paint for durability.
