The large side wheel makes adjusting the grill height a breeze. You can lower your meat for a perfect sear or lift the grate if a flare-up occurs. The Adjustable Independent Height Grates give you precise control over your grilling experience.

Our Santa Maria Drop-In Firebox Grills are designed to fit seamlessly into your custom outdoor masonry kitchen. The required space for installation depends on the grill size you select.

• # 4535 is our 32" Stainless Steel Santa Maria Drop-In Grill and Fits a 32.5" x 24.5" x 14" Masonry Opening. The photos of it show an Expanded Metal Grate but it comes standard with the Round Rod Grate. There is no charge to change the Grill Grate style. 
  
• The Petite Syrah 36" Stainless Steel Fits a 36.5" x 24.5" x 14" Masonry Opening
  
• The Merlot 42" Stainless Steel Fits a 42.5" x 24.5" x 14" Masonry Opening
  
• The Zinfandel 48" Stainless Steel Fits a 48.5" x 24.5" x 14" Masonry Opening
  
• The Cabernet 54" Stainless Steel Fits a 54.5" x 24.5" x 14" Masonry Opening
  
• The Pinot Noir 60" Stainless Steel Fits a 60.5" x 24.5" x 14" Masonry Opening
• # 4803, shown in some of the photos, is a custom-size with a firebox dimension of 24" x 20" x 9" Round Rod Grate
• # 4558, as shown in some of the photos, is a custom-size firebox with a dimension of 33x19x9 and an Argentine V-Grate with a Drip Pan as the Grate. 

The firebox floor is designed to be lined with split firebricks (firebricks not included) for extended durability.
