The Steel Frame is 3/8" steel with a 9" X 4.5" X 2.5" firebrick lining the back and the firebox floor. The fire bricks retain heat and protect the grill, establishing it as one of our "Forever Grills"! This is a wood-burning commercial grill for indoor use. Adjustable grilling surface using the front wheels. Each grilling station works independently. Your embers for cooking are done by burning the firewood in the back using the Brasero. This keeps the heat in the back, saving your chefs from excessive heat. Purchase some of our grilling tools, like the L Rake or T Rake, to push the embers under the grilling surface.
