The #4326 Portable Argentine Grill combines a large adjustable cooking grate, fully welded steel firebox, and heavy-duty casters in a straightforward live-fire grill designed for wood or charcoal cooking.

The large side hand wheel raises and lowers the cooking grate over the fire, allowing you to control cooking temperature by adjusting the distance between your food and the hot embers. The standard Argentine V-grate with drip pan channels grease away from the fire, helping reduce flare-ups while providing the traditional Argentine grilling experience.

Available online in sizes from 32" to 60", Model #4326 is well suited for patios, outdoor kitchens, and backyard entertaining. Commercial and NSF Certified configurations are also available for restaurant and foodservice applications.

Traditional Argentine Heat Control

Model #4326 gives you direct control over the relationship between the food and the fire.

Build your wood or charcoal fire directly in the firebox beneath the cooking surface. As the heat changes throughout the cook, use the large side hand wheel to raise or lower the grate.

Lower the cooking surface toward the hot embers when you want more intense heat for searing, or raise it away from the fire for gentler cooking.

Combined with the ability to manage and redistribute the embers beneath the grate, this gives you precise control without relying on gas burners or fixed cooking heights.

Argentine V-Grate with Drip Pan

The standard stainless steel Argentine V-grate uses angled channels to direct grease and drippings away from the fire and into a removable drip pan.

This design helps reduce grease flare-ups while allowing you to cook steaks, chicken, sausages, vegetables, seafood, and other foods directly over a real wood or charcoal fire.

For customers who prefer a more traditional open cooking surface, an optional round rod grate is also available.
